• Technical data — standard request information (such as approximate timing) needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We do not run third-party advertising or profiling trackers.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a scoped consultation or proposal.
• To improve the accuracy of our website assistant and its knowledge base.
• To send an internal daily summary of website conversations to our team so inquiries are followed up.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the website.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website, acting under our instructions:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Neon — database storage for conversations and inquiries.
• Resend — delivery of contact and internal notification emails.
• AI model providers (via the Vercel AI Gateway) — to generate assistant replies from the messages you send. Conversations are not used to train third-party models.

5. Data retention

We keep contact inquiries and chat conversations for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate record-keeping, and then delete or anonymize them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights
